Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

• Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged jewellery.
• Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
• Items returned without original packaging.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• Delivery charges (Rs. 250) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
